It is daybreak. The sun is pondering on whether or not to dawn a new day. The uncertain light is illuminating the night’s darkness. Slowly the sun rays are starting to heat the leaves of the trees, the flowers are awakening, the squeaking sounds of the night animals are being taken over by the beautiful sounds of the sparrow.

There on top of the hill, stands the valley of DragonShire. Among the treetops appears a little house made of rocks and wood with a tatched roof. The first sunbursts play fascinating tricks with its shadows creating a pattern that overlap one another. Like precious gemstones, droplets of dew roll along the edges of the well made of rock. From the window we uncover images of machinery, bizarre mechanisms, flasks, test tubes, diagrams and colored potions as bright as a rainbow. The floor is covered in books of all types ranging from alchemy to astrology, astrology to anatomy, anatomy to chemistry and from chemistry to refined, appetizing, and inebriating cuisine. A bizarre clock is approaching 6:00 am. A new day is starting.

This sets the scene for each episode of Tip of the day. A series composed of small doses of happiness, a moment in time which brings joy to our children and brings back youthful, innocent joy to those of every age. In a world beyond the confines of reality, between the rigorous meadows of the valley of DragonShire, we experience the adventures of Tip, the little dragon, with Trick his older brother, and their grandfather Alchemius, the eccentric wizard of the valley.

Every day we discover something new and exciting about the life of this a-typical family through comical, surreal situations in which the characters find themselves. We live the extravagance of the old Alchemius as he ingeniously invents strange contraptions that merge science with the magic of his famous ancestors. We tease Trick, a good-natured adolescent, careless of his limits. He finds himself in "painful" situations while he experiments at his expense the consequences of his exuberance.

We are drawn to the endearing nature of little Tip, who struggles with the growing pains of every day life. We rejoice with him, as he succeeds for the first time in making a fire, fishing, or simply constructing a beautiful snowman!

We live their special friendships and the deep bond that makes them capable of overcoming their mutual differences. It is these differences that lead us into an exhilarating comedy, which is both endearing and genuine.

Tip of the day” is an animated series made of 26 episodes, which last seven minutes each. Its target audience is children between the ages of 3 and 9 years of age. It was created with the idea to allow the audience to have fun through the comic episodes in which the main characters find themselves. Their daily experiences take us into a world of fantastic tenderness. And in the shadows, we live the growing process of little Tip, who lives his daily life without giving in to the problems that come along with it and instead creates great ways of overcoming them. Through intelligence and his slyness he conquers the limits of childhood.

As the target audience is young, the series was created without dialogue. This allows children to create an immediate and direct relationship with the characters without associating laughter to words. The animation incorporates facial expression and sounds and allows them to express emotion through adventures full of tender and real happiness.

Like the traditional animated features, the soundtrack immerses us in the surroundings and underlines the events and feelings of the characters and articulates the animation.

The objective is to create a project with international appeal, inspired by the animated classics, based on a simple but captivating format, appetizing to the mind, a moment of spontaneous and carefree entertainment for our cubs.
